Ron Harris is the founder and managing partner of Harris Realty Partners, LLC, a real estate sales and marketing company specializing in general real estate, new home sales and property management. For more than 40 years, Harris has provided sales and marketing services to companies throughout the Southeast.

In addition to sales and marketing, Harris has advised builders and developers in feasibility studies for new developments, site selection, acquisition, development and product selection. Having learned the business from the ground up, Harris has a proven track record of staffing and managing on site sales professionals.

Harris is also a Florida State Certified General Contractor. Since 1992, Harris has owned and operated a diversified construction company completing custom residential new homes and remodeling, historic home renovations and commercial build-out projects, all over the first coast. In addition, Harris is a confidential consultant to local and Regional Developers and Builders.

Harris has been recognized for his contributions to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and Northeast Florida Builders Association, Sales & Marketing Council. In 2011 Harris received the NEFBA/SMC Bob Ransom Chairman’s Award, 2011 Member of the Year Laurel Award and 2016 SMC Humanitarian Award.
